Prices are fully inclusive of all heating, linen, towels and electricity. Weekly bookings normally run from Saturday (3pm arrival) to Saturday (10am departure).
Please enquire about booking short breaks. As a guide, the following will apply:
Short breaks in July and August can only be booked within two weeks of the start date.
Short breaks over Easter weekend and in June and September can only be booked within four weeks of the start date.
Short breaks in May can only be booked within eight weeks of the start date.
Short breaks are charged a minimum of 3 days and prices are calculated as follows:
3 nights are calculated at 75% of the relevant weekly rate
4 nights are calculated at 85% of the relevant weekly rate
5 nights are calculated at 90% of the relevant weekly rate
Please note that there is a charge of £20 per pet.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
Once a booking has been accepted a payment of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the booking is required to secure (a refundable security/cleaning deposit of £50 may also be requested). You will then be sent confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment by cheque or by BACS electronic transfer are accepted. In the event of you having to cancel or curtail your holiday a refund, less your deposit, can only be made if the cottage is re-let. We recommend and expect that you take out a holiday insurance policy which covers your possessions during your stay and which includes cancellation insurance.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Cottages will be ready from 3pm on your day of arrival. On the morning of your departure, cottages should be vacated by no later than 10am in order that we have time to get it ready for the next guests.
